The covers are made from sturdy chipboard. The journal includes a pocket envelope for storage. There are 64 pages which are black cardstock with a white dot grid pattern. The paper is 180gsm cardstock which is a medium-weight paper and perfect for mixed media mediums (sold separately), art journaling, or creative planning.
