Refund Policy
Scrapbook Studio is not authorised to refund any money directly should you choose to pay with your Credit Card. Scrapbook Studio uses Payfast as a Service Provider to enable you to pay with your Credit Card. In the unlikely event that you would require a refund, refunds will be made into a normal Bank account, will take 7 working days and the following charges will be deducted: 6% of the Total Amount (Payfast Charges) plus R15 for the EFT charge from FNB
Out of Stock Policy
PLEASE NOTE In the unlikely event of there being no stock of a specific item, you will receive a voucher redeemable with your next online purchase. You are welcome to return any unused, unopened goods for a full refund within 1 week from purchase for an exchange or a voucher will be issued to you ; Excluded from this are Books and Punches. Electronic Goods carry a one year guarantee from date of purchase. Expenses for goods returned will be for the customer's own account.
