Delivery policy
Orders will be processed within 1 - 2 days on receipt of order which is separate to the duration of the delivery. Upon confirmation of payment and status of order being shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the buyer to track their order's progress. The delivery could take 3 - 5 days depending on the postal services. The buyer is responsible to make sure that a contact number is provided, otherwise the buyer's parcel will not be shipped and could cause for the delivery to be delayed. Kindly take note, that orders placed during an online sale or public holidays/ annual leave will take a day longer than normal, due to the high volume of orders. Your patience is appreciated!
Return Policy
Scrapbook Studio JBay will only accept returns of defective items within their warranty period for Credit or replace the item. Items must be returned to Scrapbook Studio JBay at the client's own expense
Customer Privacy Policy
Scrapbook Studio JBay shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via bank transfer into the Scrapbook Studio JBay bank account, the details of which will be provided once the order and shipping amount have
been communicated to the client.
Refund Policy
Scrapbook Studio is not authorized to refund any money directly should you choose to pay with your Credit Card. Scrapbook Studio uses Payfast as a Service Provider to enable you to pay with your Credit Card. In the unlikely event that you would require a refund, refunds will be made into a normal Bank account, will take 7 working days and the following charges will be deducted:
6% of the Total Amount (Payfast Charges) plus R15 for the EFT charge from FNB. You may choose an online voucher instead of a refund for the full amount of the credit.
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
Responsibility
Scrapbook Studio JBay takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
