If you are experimenting with stencils and Foiling then this 2 way pen is just what you need. Dab over the stencil. Allow to get tacky then add foils. Simple and so interesting. Dries Clear.

Wet Bond Permanent : Use immediately after applying adhesive, bond while the glue is still white in colour.

Dry Bond/ Temporary : Apply lightly and use after adhesive is dry, bond after the glue is transparent.
